Spend an autumn afternoon in the gardens celebrating Mexican culture, dance, and mariachi as Mt. Cuba partners with the Hispanic American Association of Delaware to bring you Fiesta en el Jardín! Bring a picnic and blanket to spread out on the lawn while enjoying performances from the Ballet Folklórico México Lindo and live music. Celebrate Día de los Muertos early; come wearing your best sugar skull makeup and learn about the significance of mariposas monarca (monarch butterflies). This program takes place in person at Mt. Cuba Center from 12 to 3 PM on Saturday, October 14, 2023 (Rain Date: Sunday, October 15).
