Schedule

10 am - 11 am: Free yoga class, led by Hilary Jane Grosskopf, Author of "Awake Leadership" and "Awake Ethics"

11 am - 11:15 am: Light Refreshments

11:15 am - 1 pm: Farm Tour and Organic Sunflower Planting

All levels are welcome & please bring your own mat.
