DIRECTIONS From I-95 North Take exit 100 (North East/Rising Sun) and follow the signs for 272 North towards Rising Sun. At the light near the Cecil Community College turn Left onto Route 274, Biggs Highway. Follow approximately 7 miles until you see the Rising Sun Community Banquet Hall. Turn right directly across from the banquet hall onto Colonial way. Follow to the top of the hill. The library is on the left. From Elkton or Eastern Cecil County on Route 273 Turn left onto Ryan Drive after you pass the Rising Sun American Legion. Turn Right onto Colonial Way. The library is on the right at the top of the hill. From Conowingo on Route 273 Turn right at the first stop light in Rising Sun onto Queen Street, route 274. Turn left directly across from the Rising Sun Community Banquet Hall onto Colonial Way. Follow to the top of the hill. The library is on the left.
